We have an amazing opportunity for a Store Manager to join our successful team.

<ul>
	<li>As Store Manager, you will lead the store to success by boosting sales and motivating your team, identifying sales and development opportunities.</li>
	<li>You will bring enthusiasm and positivity inspiring your customers and colleagues.</li>
	<li>You will create a welcoming atmosphere, resulting in great 1 2 1 customer experiences.</li>
	<li>You will provide exceptional leadership and guidance to all team members, making sure their personal objectives and the store&rsquo;s objectives are being met.</li>
	<li>Leading by example in everything you do, you will take ownership of the shop and the team, including all aspects of the retail strategy, online and instore. Reporting on KPI&#39;s directly to the director.</li>
	<li>Experience of e-commerce, EPoS and stock management systems.</li>
	<li>Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, problem solving, creative and commercial mindset.</li>
	<li>You must have proven leadership experience, be self motivated with a can do and resilient attitude.</li>
</ul>

Training and development opportunities 
Jewellery experience preferred but not essential

 
Minimum 3 years managerial experience 
DBS and credit checks will be carried out.

 
Your working days will be Tuesday- Saturday
