We have an amazing opportunity for a Store Manager to join our successful team.

• As Store Manager, you will lead the store to success by boosting sales and motivating your team, identifying sales and development opportunities.
• You will bring enthusiasm and positivity inspiring your customers and colleagues.
• You will create a welcoming atmosphere, resulting in great 1 2 1 customer experiences.
• You will provide exceptional leadership and guidance to all team members, making sure their personal objectives and the store’s objectives are being met.
• Leading by example in everything you do, you will take ownership of the shop and the team, including all aspects of the retail strategy, online and instore. Reporting on KPI's directly to the director.
• Experience of e-commerce, EPoS and stock management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, problem solving, creative and commercial mindset.
• You must have proven leadership experience, be self motivated with a can do and resilient attitude.

Training and development opportunities
Jewellery experience preferred but not essential

Minimum 3 years managerial experience
DBS and credit checks will be carried out.

Your working days will be Tuesday- Saturday
