Daniel Charles Construction Limited is a privately owned business based in Lincoln with a reputation for delivering quality Civil Engineering projects within Lincolnshire and the surrounding areas undertaking a range of interesting and diverse projects.

This is a key role, working with over 100 site-based construction workers and the Group Plant Manager.

<ul>
	<li>Co-ordinating Vehicle Tax, MOT &amp; Servicing on our fleet of over 100 road-going vehicles</li>
	<li>Co-ordinating servicing &amp; repairs on the fleet of vans, company cars and HGV lorries</li>
	<li>Assist in getting new vehicles onto the road. Log Books, sign writing and ply lining co-ordination.</li>
	<li>Co-ordinating new vehicles with our insurers</li>
	<li>Work with our Vehicle &amp; Plant Tracking suppliers to install new trackers and also assist in data analysis</li>
	<li>Manage Fuel cards</li>
	<li>Co-ordinate replacement Vehicle Hire</li>
	<li>Support Group Plant Manager</li>
	<li>Ensuring compliance within the Groups Transport Licence</li>
</ul>

The ideal candidate will be;

	<li>Good attention to detail</li>
	<li>Confident with MS Office tools</li>
	<li>Good communication skills</li>
	<li>Hold a Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)</li>
</ul>

This role involves a lot of telephone communication with our site workers, suppliers and office staff. Along with heavy use of our computer systems and supplier web portals.

	<li>Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm (1 hr for lunch)</li>
