Lincoln College Group have a new exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef working in an established restaurant and small B&B in Lincoln.
The role will involve working alongside the Head Chef to manage daily kitchen activities, including; overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, monitoring ordering and stock, providing meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a fine dining restaurant.
