Job Purpose: To provide outstanding service during the reservations process, confirm bookings, and provide information and service to customers who have already booked. To support the UK Operations functions and to assist with the loading of inventory, updating rates, special offers, availability, booking rules and stop sales.
Aim: To ensure every customer is delighted with the service they receive by going the extra mile to assist in all aspects during the booking process and pre-departure contact. To contribute to a first-class UK operations function which ensures smooth running of our bookings so that our customers become loyal long-term advocates.
Scope: The role covers reservations, customer services, product updates, reservations back up, call answering, product and pricing loading, availability and rates loading.
Training: We provide full training on our system and overseas resort visits are needed to learn the areas and properties we feature.
Key Objectives:
- As part of the reservations team, you will be taking bookings for all Sun-hat Villas & Resorts products which will require you to respond to enquiries by compiling and sending quotations, checking availability, placing options and taking payments.
- UK Operations will mean taking queries and requests, researching answers from in house or outside resources and feeding back to customers. Ensuring our customers are delighted by providing an informed and truly exceptional service from the moment the customer contacts us for assistance to the time they travel. Assisting with all
queries, replying quickly by email and by telephone and speaking with an enthusiastic smile. - The UK Operation vital to the success of the Sun-hat Villas & Resorts business and ensuring that customers experience is an exceptional one every single time. We have a high level of automation, however there are manual inputs required on the running of the business, and monitoring and controlling and chasing information.
- Preparing and producing customer documentation – producing printed welcome information packs and sending these out within 7 days of the booking form being received.
- Assisting the reservations team during busy times. – ensuring our customers are delighted by providing an informed and truly exceptional service from the moment the customer contacts us for assistance to the time they travel. Assisting with all queries, replying quickly by email and by telephone and speaking with a smile.
- Loading new products, updating descriptions, rates, directions availability, booking rules.
- Any other work related to the UK Operations and Reservations functions.
Office Hours: 09:00 – 18:00 weekdays and 09:30 – 13:30 Saturdays on rota basis
