You’ll play a vital role in bringing The Zone to life, creating a welcoming, safe, and accessible environment that builds trust with young people to enable their participation. Working under the guidance of our Participation Coordinator, you’ll contribute your skills and artistic practice to create meaningful experiences for young people in communities across Lincoln.

Together, this team will cover a wide range of creative disciplines—from theatre makers to visual artists, DJs to dancers, writers to digital artists. We’re open to ideas and art forms and are excited to hear from experienced and emerging creatives alike.

We are keen to prioritise applicants from the Lincolnshire region. If all this sounds exciting, you’re probably exactly who we’re looking for!
