Stallholder access to the site from 7:30 am for set up. All stalls must be set up by 8:45 am. The site opens to the public at 9 am and closes at 3 pm – Stallholders will have up to 1 hour to clear down.

Hardstanding only and limited stall space inside.

All stall spaces are free of charge and electricity hook up is available (please inform in advance).

Stallholders are required to attend an induction day and sign an agreement to ensure site health and safety.

All stalls should be of an environmentally friendly theme, such as sustainable products made from recycled materials or organic, plant based ingredients, etc. Charities welcome.
