Truelove Management Services LLP who provide administration services to related companies, such as Truelove Property & Construction Ltd and Happy Days Farming Co Ltd.  

We are predominently House Builders, Prperty Management and Farmers operating in Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.

The general overview of the position for the Company Account, who would be responsbile for the day to day running of the accounts office and audit procedures for control and segregation of duties.  You will be responsbile for the preparation of quarterly management accounts, produce yearly financial accounts for all companies and liaise with external accountants for the completion of accounts and corporation tax returns.

You will prepare and monitor the monthly cashflow in association with the Directors.  Produce WIP figures for developments and reconcile all control accounts and intercompany transactions.  Prepare and submit all VAT returns.

Preparation of service charge accounts for both residential and commercial buildings managed by the companies.
